All students can print from their personal computers by installing the KOGY_Sky_Elev printer.

Once you have printed a document, many people go to the copier in either sector M or N, log in, and select "Release Print" or "Print Release." Remember to log out of the copier.

Each student receives a printer chip that can be used for printing, copying, and scanning on photocopiers. If you forget your chip, you can manually log in to photocopiers with your school login. 

You can also use your uni login to search for texts in various databases when writing assignments. The most important one to know about is the Schools Database. Here is a collection of links to many relevant places to search. Once you have logged in here, you can use the other databases without logging in again.

As a student at KG, you have free access to Microsoft 365. Your username for Office is: your Skolelogin@edu.kolding-gym.dk

OnTheHub is a portal for various schools where you can purchase Microsoft software, among other things. Please read the Quick Guide and FAQ section at the bottom of the page.If you need support with the software you have purchased or the ordering process, please contact Kivuto, which operates OnTheHub .

You must be a member of an educational institution to be eligible to purchase software at a discount.

Students also get free access to Windows 10 and the option to download the Office package for use as long as they are enrolled at the school.
