Social Studies A,
Mathematics A

About the study program
  • How can opinion polls be wrong time and time again?
  • Is the welfare state under pressure?
  • Is inequality good?

We work with knowledge and issues within politics, economics, sociology, and international politics. Mathematics is used to calculate various types of statistical material and when we work with opinion polls.

For example, we conduct opinion polls for municipal elections. We discuss our polls in relation to the results, usually over pizza at school on election day itself.

We discuss everything from youth crime to scandals in the EU.

We collaborate with Kolding Municipality on how to make Kolding a greener city, and with Blue Kolding on water measurements.

Our study trips can take us to most parts of the world, and in recent years we have visited Budapest, Athens, and Hong Kong.
