Students must expect to pay a certain amount themselves to participate in excursions and study trips. Some one-day excursions cost DKK 100. For 2-3-day excursions in 2nd year or on elective courses in 2nd year/3rd year, students/course participants should expect to pay between DKK 500 and DKK 1,000. And for the study trip in 2nd year/3rd year, students should expect to pay up to DKK 4,600.
At the start of the first year, the school's students are encouraged to save up for the bigger trips.
Copying and printing
Each student is allocated 400 "clips" for copying and printing. One black-and-white print or copy counts as one clip, while one color print/color copy counts as four clips. Once the 400 clips have been used up, additional clips can be purchased from the office. The price is DKK 1 per clip, and a minimum of 25 clips must be purchased.
Expenses for other materials
The cost of calculators and dictionaries is borne by the student. The school has decided that all students are expected to have a calculator equivalent to TI30 at the start of the school year. Students who complete mathematics at B or A level must be taught how to use CAS tools. The school offers bulk purchases of calculators at the beginning of the school year.
